English Muffin Bread (Machine Recipe)
• 1 1/4 cups water
• 3 cup bread flour
• 2 teas sugar
• 3 tbl. nonfat dry milk
• 1 teas salt
• 2 teas yeast
• 1/4 teas baking soda
Put all ingredients in machine in the order suggested by your manufacturer.
This will make a 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
I sprinkle just a little cornmeal on top just before bread bakes.
I have this for breakfast toasted with cream cheese spread on it.
