irresolute
PRONUNCIATION: (i-REZ-uh-loot)
MEANING: adjective: Uncertain or indecisive.
ETYMOLOGY: From Latin in- (not) + resoltus, past participle of resolvere (to resolve), from re- + solvere (to untie or loosen). Ultimately from the Indo-European root leu- (to loosen, divide), which is also the source for forlorn, lag, loss, solve, and analysis. Earliest documented use: 1574.
USAGE: “Ayub Khan was seen as a very hesitant and irresolute commander.” Sushant Singh; The War No One Lost; Indian Express (Mumbai); Oct 24, 2015.
A THOUGHT FOR TODAY: Taught from their infancy that beauty is woman’s sceptre, the mind shapes itself to the body, and roaming round its gilt cage, only seeks to adorn its prison. -Mary Wollstonecraft, reformer and writer (27 Apr 1759 1797)

Dear God,
If we are trying to save all the animals by breeding them for release, how will that help? How will the animals be saved if we are still destroying the planet by poisoning everything, deforestation? Do we not put the animals back into the same situation that is killing them off if we haven’t fixed the original situation? Are we not making everything so much worse by trying to play God with everything? Why are we not respecting all the creatures? Why are we not taking care of all the animals, God?

Dear God,
I want my own place. I want a place that is 1800 square feet. I want a place that has lots of storage space. I want a place that has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. I want a place with a well placed lay out. I want a place with a separate kitchen, living room & dining room. I want a place where I can have an office for my writing & designated place for my needlework. I want a place close to transit & near where I currently live. I give it to you. Please listen to my prayer.

Grace
By: Tara Kimberley Torme
She graduated June 1995
My friend for three years now
Has gone to college
I met Grace three years ago when
I first moved to Vancouver
Those memorable times we’ve have together
Makes me wonder, what will happen next?
The heaven’s tears against a backdrop of sunshine
Those sunny conversations over the phone.
The prodding and encouragement to try new things
Well, Grace may we always remain the best of friends

I really want to
See your apartment soon
When can I see it?
